SleepTime:
SleepTime provides continuous monitoring for alcohol and other drug abuse. The unit is attached to the offender's wrist with a tamper evident snap. They report to their administering agency every Monday and Thursday for uploading of the unit. The reading process takes less than 2 minutes. If substance abuse is suspected based on offender sleep data analysis, then urine collection is called for by SleepTime.
The urine sample is run by the SleepTime lab for 8 drugs and EtG providing positive proof of substance abuse.
For agencies using SleepTime a kiosk is available to automate the uploading process and free up staff time. The kiosk verifies identity with a digital fingerprint and requires the offender to complete an automated passive breath test.
